Canadian painter Clarence Bourgoin was born in Saint-Léonard, New Brunswick in 1946 and has lived in Québec for 30 years.

Figurative artist and part of the expressionist movement, he describes himself as a (landscape hunter). His 40 years career includes numerous participations in figurative art symposiums in Québec and worldwide as well as prizes and honorary mention awards.

In 2007, during an exhibition at the Carousel du Louvre in Paris. Mr Bourgoin was awarded a special prize for his work by the (Bureau de la Société Nationale des Beaux –Arts de Paris.

In 2005, the International Artist Magazine Highlighted his work in an article titled (Masters Painter of the Worl Canada Showcase, 2005. Clarence Bourgoin’s work is repertoried at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts and he is a member of the Institute of Figurative Arts.
